Koh Chang Reboot
Leave your everyday life and the dark days of December behind and join us at Koh Chang Reboot. A week of natural movement, play, sleep and lots of sun!
Natural movement and lifestyle coaches Benjamin Buus and Marianne Finnsdatter will be guiding us through the week, where we will explore human movement beyond straight walls and flat floors. Learn how to transform your approach to movement and training by working with the Reboot tribe and the situations created by the beautiful natural surroundings the island offers.
Reset your circadian rhythm and treat yourself with loads of rest, meditations, digital detox (limited or no WiFi) and clean eating.
We will stay at The Mangrove on the west coast of the wonderful island/national park of Koh Chang. This secluded beach front resort consisting of 12 basic yet beautifully designed rustic bungalows in a lush jungle setting is your perfect Robinson Crusoe dream.
There's a big open dining space, a wooden deck and a small strip of sandy beach for movement sessions, lounging and playing around. Our hostess at The Mangrove is named Ying, and she is awesome.
All of the bungalows have one double bed that's big enough to share with a partner or a good friend without having to snuggle - we tested it. If you travel alone and don't mind sharing a bed with one of the other participants let us know and we might be able to pair you up with someone. Each one also has a top notch bathroom with toilet and cold shower, a small porch, and of course a fan and mosquito net. Check our videos to see some of the bungalows from the inside.
📱💻🚫 We recommend everyone to do a "digital cold turkey" and leave the phones and laptops turned off but we understand that for some its not an option. For you there are a couple of villages in walking distance where you can find basic necessities and WiFi if you need it.
Shared double room (double bed): early bird 3,900 DKK (after 1st of October 4,200 DKK)
Entire bungalow: early bird 4,800 DKK (after 1st of October: 5,100 DKK)
